225g of drained pears (canned or poached)
200 ml full-fat cream
150 ml whole milk
1 tablespoon of powdered milk
1 to 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Directions
- Blend the pears
Drain the pears thoroughly and blend them until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous purée. The finer the purée, the creamier the final texture will be. - Assemble the base
In a bowl, combine the pear puree, heavy cream, whole milk, powdered milk, and sugar. Whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is perfectly smooth. - Freezing
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami, seal tightly with its lid and place in the freezer for 24 heures, flat. - Transformation into ice
Once the base is completely solidified, place the pot in the Ninja Creami and select the program Ice Cream. - Tasting
Serve immediately to appreciate all the finesse and freshness of the pear in an incomparable homemade ice cream.
