1,5 fresh pineapple (about 750 g of flesh)
Juice recovered from pineapple, topped up with water to obtain 150 ml liquid
The juice of 1.5 lime
About 4 to 5 tablespoons of agave syrup
Directions
- Preparing the pineapple
Peel the pineapples, remove the woody core if necessary, then cut the flesh into generous chunks. - Mixing the sorbet base
Place the pineapple pieces in the bowl of a blender. Add the pineapple juice, water, lime juice and agave syrup. Blend intensively until you obtain a perfectly smooth, uniform purΓ©e. - Freezing the preparation
Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami Deluxe, close it tightly and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures, in horizontal position. - Processing into sorbet
Insert the pot into your Ninja Creami Deluxe and directly activates the Sorbet.
Notes
- For an even more refreshing version, add a few fresh mint leaves or a squeeze of lime zest before blending.
