450 g pitted cherries
150 ml full cream
150 ml milk
3 tablespoons cane sugar
1.5 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
- Preparing the fruity base
Place the pitted cherries in the bowl of a blender. Add the whole cream, milk, cane sugar and lemon juice. Blend until completely smooth and homogeneous. - Transfer and freezing
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami Deluxe, close the lid properly and place it in the freezer for a period of 24 heures. Make sure the container lies flat until completely solidified. - Turbining process
Once the base is completely frozen, place the jar in your Ninja Creami Deluxe and selects the program Ice Cream / Glace.
If you want an even softer, velvety texture, run a Re-Spin additional.
Notes
- To add a textured dimension to your ice cream, add a few finely chopped cherries at the end of preparation using the Mix-In. You'll get delightful bursts of fruit at the heart of your creation.
