Iced Mojito Recipe for Ninja Slushi Max

800 ml of white rum
400 ml of fresh lime juice (about 20 to 25 limes)
300 ml of cane sugar syrup
50 fresh mint leaves
1800 ml of very cold sparkling water

Directions
- Preparing the base
In a large container, combine the lime juice, cane sugar syrup, and fresh mint leaves. Stir vigorously to infuse the mint and dissolve the sugar. Add the white rum and chilled sparkling water, then stir gently so as not to dislodge the bubbles. - Pour into the Ninja Slushi Max
Pour the mixture into the bowl of the Ninja Slushi Max without exceeding the maximum fill line (3310 ml). Close the lid. - Launch the program
Select program Frozen Cocktail Max (Cocktail Glacé). The complete cycle takes between 30 and 45 minutes depending on the starting temperature of the ingredients. Leave the machine running without interruption. - Service
When the machine beeps, the iced mojito is ready. Pour immediately into frosted glasses and garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
Notes
- For an alcohol-free version, replace the rum with an additional 800 ml of sparkling water and select the program. Slush classic.
