150 ml cotton candy syrup
215 ml liquid cream (light or whole, as you prefer)
355 ml milk (semi-skimmed or whole)
115 g powdered sugar
Directions
- Composing the fragrance base
Combine the cotton candy syrup, cream, milk and sugar in a large bowl. Whip vigorously, or use an immersion blender, until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is perfectly uniform. - Freezing the preparation
Transfer the base into the pot of the Ninja Creami Deluxe, carefully close the lid and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. 24 heures. Make sure the container lies flat for optimum solidification. - Transformation into ice
When the base is completely frozen, place the jar in your Ninja Creami Deluxe and activates the Lite Ice Cream.
If you are satisfied with the consistency obtained after this cycle, your ice cream is immediately ready to enjoy.
